Hard Drive Data Recovery
You are probably at this page due to a crashed hard drive or other catastrophic computer failure.*
You have our sympathy and our assurances that we will do everything we can to work with you to recover your data.
There is probably nothing more traumatic than a hard drive crash and the thought of ALL of your files and data being totally lost.
Data Recovery is both time consuming and expensive. We would prefer that you contact us about Data Backup Solutions, but if that is no longer an option, we will do our best to recover your pictures, music, and data from a crashed hard drive.
Hard drive crashes are a sad fact of life. It's not a question of IF it will happen, but WHEN it will happen.
Prices:
There is a non-refundable fee of $75 to evaluate what and how much data can be recovered.
This process could take from a few hours to a several days to complete.
The charge for recovery starts at $375. The evaluation fee is credited to the finial cost once you decide to proceed. Your data will be recovered to a new hard disk, CDs, or DVDs.
You may supply a new hard disk. We also sell them if you don't wish to supply it.
The fee to create CDs is $10 each for 700MB CD-ROM.
The fee to create DVDs is $20 each for 4.2GB DVD-ROM.
If the recovery requires obtaining a replacement logic board for the bad drive,
an additional fee to locate and purchase the board will be charged.
In all cases, we will notify you by phone after the evaluation with the information about your data,
the price, and how long it will take to complete the recovery. Your signed authorization will be required.
